Return Policy

Return Policy: We offer returns within 30 days of the ship date for online store credit only. Once a return is started online, you have 14 days to send it back. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. Final Sale items and sales events items are non-refundable.
All returned items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition and must include any original packaging, including all tags. Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment.

Shipping Policy: COVID-19 Note: You may experience temporary delays in the ordering process as a result of the additional safety measures we are employing to help protect our teams and our customers. We expect orders to ship within 1-2 days from the date of purchase. Should you need to edit the address for your shipment or request a cancellation, you can do so by logging into your Doublealine account and navigating to your Orders & Returns. Orders generally take 1-2 business days to process before they are shipped. Express and Next-Day orders placed before 10 AM PST ship out the same business day, while those placed on the weekend or after 10 AM PST ship the following business day.
